From two fully equipped conference rooms for larger groups, a magnificent amphitheatre for an outdoor atmosphere or a smaller private boardroom for those executive meetings - we have what you need to do business.
THE WILLOWS OFFERS THE FOLLOWING VENUE SET-UP STYLES
All 3 venues have a covered outside deck area where coffee & tea can be served. The Bombay & Zanzibar Conference Rooms
are equipped with air conditioning, water dispensers and projector screens. We also offer optional extras like the Breakaway Room, a projector and sound system (outsourced).

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS / WEDDINGS
Willows Boutique Hotel & Conference Centre can also provide the picturesque backdrop needed for your private function
or wedding reception. Our venue options cater for both smaller intimate groups or larger functions. Our various catering/menu options ensure that we can provide a tailor-made function package for every client according to their specific requirements.
LOWER DECK AREA (SEMI-PRIVATE)
We have a lovely lower deck area for smaller groups (up to 40 guests) which overlooks the beautifully landscaped gardens.
Perfectly suited for a kitchen tea / baby shower or birthday celebration.
We're also excited to announce that our already popular Banquet Hall is currently undergoing an extension and refurbishment which will be completed by 1 September 2016. It is the ideal venue for year-end functions, weddings and other social events
which require ample space for larger groups and gatherings. On completion of the extension the total seating capacity will
range from 250 to 500 guests.
CHILDREN'S PARTY AREA
We have an ideal designated area available for children's parties which offers a secure and secluded setting where
the kids can play to their heart's content and mom can have peace of mind.

Please note special dietary requirement meals (Halaal, Kosher, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Vegan, Diabetic and Gluten Free) are made available on request - a surcharge per person will apply depending on the type of requirement.
Kindly stipulate all food allergies on your booking request at the time of application.
A 50% deposit is payable to confirm your booking. The outstanding balance to be paid 7 days prior to the function.
Credit/Debit Card / cash or EFT payments are accepted. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept cheque payments, American Express Cards or Diners Club Cards.
